do we get two physical notices one for "Case Transferred To Another Office" and one physical notice mail for "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"?

I got a notice for both. Case was transferred twice and i received physical notices at both times

One cannot really be sure but by looking at the trend, next status depends on where it is transferred to. for Example, people seem to think transfer to NBC mean an interview notice within 2-3 months after. But I guess it varies
