hi, did you get anything after your case was transferred to NBC?

any news after your case was transferred to NBC?

I see around 20th September +- 10 days, all most all the EB2 ROW applications from NSC or TSC transferred to NBC. This happened because VB was not current at this time. We all are current on 1st Oct 2017 but the thing is that you need to go through an interview to the local Field office. I saw some of the folks got approval on October without an interview because their cases were not transferred to NBC at all.
I can say you will have to be patient if your case transfers to NBC and waiting time to get interview approximately 60 days !!!

Hi, I got paper notice in my mail today. I think it's a RFE.
An initial review of evidence submitted with your Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status ....is not sufficient to complete adjudication for the following reason:
"Form I-693 (Civil Surgeon's Certification) is blank, missing, or not signed by Civil Surgeon".

You'll be required to submit info ....at a later date if you receive interview notice in the mail.

Here is the information from the paper notice. There is some progress for the case.
But I wonder should I ask doctor to prepare the whole sealed examination package with the I-693 form or just the form along?

Any online case status change even after approval ? Or it keep saying pending online but you actually recived approval mail?

if anyone submitted i485j while interview then do you receive any recipt notice for i485j ?

I received my green card last night by mail. Online status remains as "interview is scheduled"

Sure, my approval notice was received on 12/3 by mail.
