I see you got EAD approved. Did you also get AP?

Yes. I received combo card few days ago.

Did your case status change on your AP receipt?

Initially only EAD status was changed to "New card is being produced". Few days later it changed to "card was mailed" and in the same time status for AP changed to "case was approved"

do we get two physical notices one for "Case Transferred To Another Office" and one physical notice mail for "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"?

I received physical interview notice on 02/12/2018. Online status was actually updated 1 or 2 days AFTER I received physical interview notice. Currently USCIS portal shows "Interview is scheduled" status.
