Are you still waiting on your EAD/AP? Interesting to see that your case was transferred to the local office, but you haven't yet received your EAD. Is this normal? I am 6 weeks behind you, my notice date is 12/05/17.

Glad that there i some movement in NBC for the cases filed in October..I have not heard anything yet....very worried, my H-1 expiring on 31 March and planning to not extend it.....praying to get EAD before March 31 but NBC i svery very slow, saw some cases from July who have not received EAD yet..

I am in the same boat as you folks with very similar timeline. Filed I485 Eb1A with receipt date of Oct 13 2017, notice date of Oct 25th 2017, FP on Nov 20, 2017. On Jan 11th, I got the same notice that my case has been transferred and a new office has jurisdiction. I am not able to track my AP, EAD cases and get an error message when I enter my receipt numbers. Any idea what is going on?

Arvind, I am really happy to see that NBC is working on EB1A cases...because with EB1C and EB2, people from July application are waiting for any updates (transfer or EAD approval)...I really need EAD before March, I hope we get it soon

But your priority dates were in 2012 and 2014.....maybe that's why your case was picked up earlier...lets see what happens

Hi Swadesh,
I need some info on San Diego field office interview. I already got my GC but my spouse is waiting and her interview is scheduled at end of January in the San Diego office.
As a primary applicant, I received my GC in EB1 category but my 485 was filed before May2017, so i did not have to go through interview, but my wife's 485 was applied after may 2017 so the inevitable interview.
Can you tell me what did they ask you and if you had dependents, what did they ask them? was it intimidating or more relaxed? and any tidbits on how to prepare.
In the interview letter, they asked me to be present and I am assuming the general questions will be about the legitimacy of our marriage, but I am not sure so trying to find as much info as possible
please let me know
Thanks

5. If you have kids, take their birth certificates.
6. Where your spouse staying, documents showing you and your wife name together, like House Deed, Bank document, lease document,.

Thats all i can think off...
