Mine on May 8th in Houston? Yours?? What do you think about GC issuance? Will we have to wait until visas available later in the year?

I had my interview yesterday in Dallas. They did ask very basis questions. Details presented in i485 like name, DOB, place of birth ,address and Yes/NO questions. Verified original birth cert for myself and wife, marriage cert.

Since my medical were more than 1 year, submitted new medicals for myself, spouse and kid.

For my wife they specifically asked documents showing husband and wife name together. Luckily had my house rental agreement and utility bill copies. Submitted the same.

Officer mentioned EB1c is not current and after thorough review of i485 it would be sent back to Texas service center. If during review any issues found, dallas field office itself will generate RFE. Once visa is available(not sure when though) , automatically interview cleared applications will be taken up for final decision by TSC.

Evening my status changed as interview completed and review in progress. Hopefully no RFEs !!

I received a notice that my case is moved to NBC but no updates since Feb, does it mean my case has not yet moved to the field office?
