YES, actually problem was my wife don't have original birth certificate which IO was asking so we just shown copy so thought i might get an rfe but looks like still they approved it. I am really thankful to that officer.
According to my attorney these cases like missing originals goes through
supervisor and you know Newark is busiest office so takes some time.
