Hi Minister F,
Any updates on your I-485 mine had a false start card ordered then they realized we did not have biometrics done. Fast fwd two months and my wife having hers done twice we are now approved finally. Praise God

Thank You, I consulted an attorney and he issued a writ of mandamus once that happened, thing started to move immediately, rfe medicals uscis had a specific time to adjudicate the matter. I have a pastor friend experiencing similar delays as we have, Will be praying for you and your wife for favor moving forward.

Apparently, the Writ of Mandamus is the only thing that makes USCIS move. We are considering doing the same thing. Thanks, Judah!
