Where is your Bio location/ASC? Your dates are similar to mine but no luck with the bio appointment yet.

It is in Grand Rapids, MI. I called USCIS last week and said I still didn't have a bio appointment. Then after a week, they scheduled it. I don't know if it was because I called or maybe I was in turn.

Can you guide me to call USCIS? is there any shortcut to talk to Human Operator?

I went to USCIS website and used their chatting. type live chat and it will lead to several options. Click green card and follow the prompt. It will then connect with live agent. Tell the agent you have been waiting over 110 days and that you want to make a case. The agent will say a tier II agent will call you back within 7 business days.

Hi segejung, thanks for updating the tracker. I saw you updated your RFE reason as "proof of employment". Did you change the employer or are there any changes with your employer?

Hello priv1t, I did not change employer. I renewed my H1B when I applied for I485 so the officer wanted proof that I was working under H1B.
