What is the receipt date? Is it the same date when the package delivered to the lockbox, or it represents the date when the receipt generated?

Reason for this question as I am calculating 180 days from the I-485 receipt date before anyone ports the job under the AC21 rule.

I do not have physical receipts, I copy pasted whatever egov.uscis.gov shows for my receipt numbers. I will update when I get the paper copies, hopefully soon.

There was some mention of portability in the October receipts thread, but that darn thing is 5000+ posts long.. you can try search or patiently read one page at a time

Hello,Did you interfile medical or was it sent with the application itself?

did not send medicals with I-485, will not do the so called interfiling. USCIS will eventually get to my case and issue RFE, that is when I plan to get my exam done and submit I-693. Cost is not a concern, I think of interfiling as a hassle for us and USCIS alike. my thought, send it with I485 or wait for RFE
