May I ask who was the person signing your package from USCIS in Phoenix? I had my signed by JNELSON (shipped by Fedex) and am very concern that Fedex might have it delivered to a wrong place.

My package was signed by F.BROWN.(shipped by Fedex)
But, I don't think that the signing person should be necessarily same.
