Hi there, any update on your 485? Have you received any RFE yet, like medical etc.? I'm curious about your case as the dates of both my 140 and 485 processing are very close to yours. Thanks.

No, I haven't heard anything. Normally the next step should be transferring my case to NBC, but that hasn't happened. I'm not sure if the transfer of my case will still occur as some recent cases filed directly to NBC got transferred out to other centers.

Thanks for the update. I sent my 485 directly to NBC in August 2020 and now waiting for the medical RFE.

I think NBC was processing 2019 PD cases. However, I don't know if they will prioritize the cases submitted in Oct 2020. Those cases have much older priority dates. If they will we probably have to wait a long time.

I think I was just unlucky. Our 140 got stalled for a long time and therefore i485 could not be processed. They probably forgot my i485 until recently I believe.
