Can you please share why got the RFE? Did you not submit the medicals 693 along with 485 back in Oct?

I got RFE because I didn't submit medicals along with my original 485 application back in oct 2020.

Is there any particular time of the day when your status got updated ? Trying to figure out if status updates happen as soon as there is a status change or is it only at a certain time of the day.

there is no specific time when status gets updated. people have seen status got updated late in the evening, early morning and throughout the day. I was checking mine on case tracker app, this app made things bit easier.

@ug56383 Thank you for the info. My case has been with NBC with no updates since April 1 about Fingerprints being applied. Hoping for a positive update soon...but it might a wait for me until case is transferred for FO

I see you had a similar issue with a wrong PD and I am facing the same issue, hope you can share some advice and your experience.

My question is : Did the wrong PD impact your adjudication OR how did you handle it.

I transferred and new employer EB2-140 approval has a wrong PD, however it was recaptured when i downgraded to EB3 -I140 and my I485 is based on EB3. I recently June 2022, I interfiled to EB2 as my dates are current under EB2 (which still has the wrong PD), after lot of persuasion my Attorney raised a SR to recapture correct PD on my EB2-140 (no updates yet).
