Is your application filed date 10/29/2020 or 2021?
were you able to file in 2020 when your date was not current?

Filing date is 10/29/2020. I was able to file back in 2020 when my PD was current under EB3 category. I changed the underlying basis to EB2 in January when my PD became current in EB2.

Was your case transferred from TSC to NBC? If so when?

The original application receipts had NBC address printed on them. I don't believe my application was ever at TSC.
