Not really. My 485J filed along with I-485. Receipt date in i-485 and 485 J are same for me. Only difference is Notice date. 485J has 09/07/2021.

Hi, Thanks for your response. can you share details on what docs/reasons you were able to get the expedite request? My PD is Dec 2012, now I filed in EB1C, I140 (filed in Dec 2020, approved in Aug 2021), I485/I131/I765 (filed in April 2021, fingerprint done in June 2021). Any pointers would be very helpful. I am planning to switch to a different company in about a month or 2.

Hi, For EAD/AP, I raised expedite request through EMMA. You need to ask EMMA to connect to live agent. Live Agent with raise the ER. After ER raised, normally the ER will be approved, denied or RFE. If RFE they will ask documents for proof of job loss or medical emergency depends in the reason you choose during ER. In my case, after raising ER, nothing happened. Didn't get any communication to submit proof.

Thanks for your inputs. I raised a ER for I131, however they did not give me any request number or such but took my email id/phone number.
Your inputs were very helpful, Thanks.

What is the reason you gave for ER. Our 485 is pending from Apr 2021 , finger prints done in June 2021. Do i need to create ER for 485 or 131 ?
