Is your I-140 or I-485 approved? Seems like you may be eligible for inquiry beyond processing time otherwise.

Hi , in my case also i have responded to medical RFE and its been 54 days, when can i raise SR? and what reason will work to get to expedite this. looks like Texas center is very slow somehow,....

if your case is outside normal processing time as per USCIS website processing time estimate, you can raise an SR online or via Emma or through phone.
