Did you not get your bio-metrics letter yet? I applied 485 on 22-Apr got the receipt on 13-May and Transferred to Nebraska on 21-May.. same timelines as yours. Still waiting for bio-metrics.

I did not get bio-metrics letter yet. Just received letter stating the case is transferred to Nebraska to speed up processing.

I got the letters for Biometrics. Status remains the same and only gets updated after the biometrics are done.

Which state is your finger prints? Mine is in bay area, probably so it is more delayed.

Could possible be. I'm based out of Nevada. You should be getting yours very soon. Generally 4-5 weeks after submission.
I'm more worried about my I-140.. more than 6 months now and still no news.

I see you got your biometrics date now. Do you know if we can just walk-in on a prior date? or do we have to wait for the actual date.

As far as I have heard, you can go only on the date of appointment.

Surprisingly received the biometrics notice from National Benefits Center, though the case was transferred to Nebraska service center. Did you also receive from NBC?
