hi ---

we are in the same boat. my 1-40 will be 1 year old on june 11. i am in real estate industry and its really in a bad shape. i have already a prospective employer but i have second thoughts of changing jobs because i am hoping that my I-140 gets approve before i transfer. however, its becoming so worst that i may not be able to wait for it anymore. would you mind telling the status of your papers now? can i have the name of lawyer too? please .....
