They wanted me to show that i have maintained continued legal status in US i.e. copies of I-797, I-94.

did u submit yur medical with I-485? was this rfe with any kind of gold letter

I had submitted the medical with the I-485. So they didn't ask for it again.

Thanks for the information...I got RFE for medical and it was a gold letter. So was wondering what does this gold letter mean?

Congrats on getting 485 approval. Did you raise SR / Infopass ? Was there a trigger event ?

impatient21, i did not raise SR/infopass and there was no trigger event. I guess my case was pre-adjudicated in Dec 2008 when i replied to RFE and it was just waiting to get current and availability of visa number.
