How does it transfer to NBC? Any request made?

Originally, my dependents I-485 is rejected and we refiled it in Jan 2021 and it went to NBC directly instead of TSC. May be that might be the reason for mine (primary) to transfer from TSC to NBC, but I didn

But I didnt raise any request. Also when I received the transfer letter, it mentioned that mine was transferred for workload balancing and faster processing.
