Discuss pawan1989's I-485 USCIS Case

seems there is a slow down in processing. Most probably my case should be picked around last week of this month or first week of feb

How did you guess when they would pick up the case ?
Mine was filed in Aug2021 and fingerprints on Nov 3 and is still at "Fingerprint fee Received"

I saw the trend most cases are picking up from 78 days to 110 days in nbc if medicals are filed along so I started counting from the start of fingerprint date

I changed back i485 to pending since the status case is approved happens after card ordered for production will update once received approved status

case status changed to approved now

Did your case went to Field office? Have you checked with EMMA regarding this?

Doesn't it has anything to do with 485J receipt notice, as per some people cases are getting approved in the order of 485J receipt ND.

@pawan1989 - Did you start counting this after your BM or your receive date of i485?

calculated from BM considered who got BM within 30 or 40 days I got it in 30 days

Did you file medicals along with your application?

yes #folpu I filed medicals along with i485. Actually because of medicals my filing got delayed more than 3 weeks since my wife had to get covid but lawyer said it is best to file medicals along with i485 even if it is bit delay

Is anything expected by us to file when we receive I485J receipt and is any one know how long it will take to get an approval?
