Preguntaron si la compaÃ±ia tenia suficientes fondos, ya que habian perdido algo de dinero el aÃ±o anterior. Para probarlo, enviamos una carta del CFO y estados actuales del banco. Luego de eso aprobaron el 140 en 1 dia. Suerte a ti tambien en tu proceso.

Congratulations! We were in the same boat back in September, and finally the wait is over for you too! I can feel my head spinning, because my husband, although he had the same LUDs (sept 11 and 12), has not received his approval. His EAD renewal reached 90 days and last week in call with Nebraska he was told his I485 has everything, except they were waiting for visas to become available. Perhaps they were actually not lying. Anyway, enjoy your US permanent residence approval.

HI qualoid.

I read your comments regarding soft LUD's. Could you please let me know how it works..? I had my FP on 20 October and i had seen LUD's on 10/21, 10/22, 10/23. Does that mean something..? Curious to know....How to find out whether namecheck is done or not..? Could you please explain regarding soft LUD's in brief..? Appreciate your help.
