Congrats!
When did you get your I-693 done for RFE? After 10/1/2021 and use new form, or before 9/30/2021 and use old form. Thanks.

I got the I-693 re-done in Apr 2022 after RFE to also include COVID vaccination information. I had submitted medicals originally in Jan 2021 with I-485 filing but got the RFE to resubmit and include vaccination details using the new form.
