I didn't file my 485 in Oct 2020 because of employment change the PERM was in process. Then Filed it in Jun 2021 but Attorney didn't ask my to send my medicals along. Then I interfiled my medicals in Sept,2022.

Hello! I have a similar problem in my GC and need to file form I-90. Have you done it already? What proof did you provide other than the original GC to get it corrected? Thanks in advance for replying!

OK thank you, that sounds like a good idea to me! I will check with my lawyer whether I can travel with my current GC along with the I-90 receipt, until I get a new one. Based on some other posts here, it seems I can travel.

Hello, just an update regarding my case, I sent the I-90 along with the original GC. They received it on April 29 and today the status updated to: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
