Hi,

How come you were able to apply for I485, given that your priority date is in 2021, and the final action date is 2020?

I thought you can only apply for I485 once your priority date becomes current with the final action date.

Application filed Nov 2022 so you have to look at DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS in the visa bulletin for Nov 2022. I am ROW so my date was current at the time. Final Action date has to be current at the time the officer renders a decision on the case. Thanks be to God mine was current through this journey.
