Well, hang in there, soon we'll all have our RN. I'm worried that I only received the hard copy of my certified LC after I mailed everything. Hopefully that won't be a cause for rejection.

JazzMind, Lawyer just told me they received RN for I-140 on Oct 6, 2007, I-485 notice should be around the corner. Hope you are making progress.

Jazzmind, I'm in same situation. Filed on Aug 16 without hard copy of certified LC. Please post if you hear any positive news. I'm worried too. Although my case was sent to Nebraska, should've been texas...so i think it was/will be transfered, so don't know what my 'received" date is and when I hear something.

Un co-worker a un contact au centre du Texas. Il vient d'aoir sa carte la semaine derniere avec sa famille.
Si tu es d'accord, je vais lui demander de te donner des infos sur ton cas vue que ca traine un peu (surtout le I-140).
Il aura besoin de ton LIN peut etre.

Je viens de recevoir le meme message d'acueil que BeenAllOver.

Je pense que tu es le procahin sur la liste et ca peut aller tres vite comme tu as vu pour le frere BeenAllover (son I-140 le 4 juin et moins de trois semaines plus tard son I-485).

Mon frere merci d'etre tjours la. Avec l'immobilisme de mes dossiers que je n'arrive pas a m'expliquer, je commence a devenir un peu mefiant de ce site. J'ai donc decide de brouiller les references de mes dossiers. C'est juste une precaution, au cas ou... Tu y comprends quelque chose toi? J'ai contacter TSC, j'ai fait intervenir mon senateur, on me dit simplement que les "processing dates" ne couvrent pas encore mes dates; et pourtant combien de dossiers envoyes en 2008 sont dilligemment traites. C'est vraiment frustant. Y a plus qu'attendre.
