Monamar,

My attorney has enquired the USCIS on 21st November. We are still waiting for the response from USCIS. My attorney will ask them again once we cross 45 days.

I am watching cases. People are getting SLUD and either they get RFE or get approved. I got RFE right after a SLUD.

I can see from your update that you received a slud at 11 pm. That is how I know about your LUD. I am just guessing that they are working on your case. If you see my lud history you will see I received a RFE after I got SLUD.

I don't know what is going on. It is just a guess.

Man, it took 14 months to get I-140 approval. BTW, do you know, in case of rfe, what do they ask at I-485 level ?
