your PD is May 2007????? How did USCIS even take your case for processing in the last month? Am I missing here something? I can see that you filed non-concurrent AOS in EB2 with India as your nationality and chargeability!! I am really confised here.

Since my I140 is denied, 485 is also denied immediately.
