Your case is so identical to mine, also your second round of fingerprints shall be due real soon!
I wish you the best we need more luck, also you were current in May and June of 2008! I hope they assigned you a visa number!

You have had a soft LUD with no RFE I hope that is a good sign of processing

Yes, no RFE for me. Let's hope it's a good sign. The soft LUD I think was a response to the Service Request I opened a few days before the LUD.
