Topic: I AM GREEN THIS A.M.
My RFE was that I had to send affidavit that I should have answered None instead of N/A on the questions asking me about what organization I have joined since my 16th bday, duh! ; they asked for 2 pictures and also my last address prior to coming to the U.S. ; for my husband same as mine except that they questioned his birth certificate bec. it was a late registration so we had to get 2 affidavits from relatives and also a copy of school record showing his parents name and for my 2 children they asked for 2 pictures again. we were not even given 30 days to respond bec. I got the RFE email May 6 then my lawyer got the letter May 9 and the deadline was May 30.
