hi
i got a RFE yesterday on I-485 and dont knwo what it is yet. I got laid off from job in dec 5th 2008 . I havent been able to find a job. So dont know what it could be

Hang in there. It could be a birth/marriage certificate/medical test/employment letter. It takes one week for the attorney office to receive it. Good luck.

why did they ask birth certificate?? did u the first time send in the affidatives of uncle and mom?? coz i did so too and i have RFE but dont know what it is yet.
