Hi Watts, I updated my case, but just so others can understand the reason for your question, this is what happened: sent packet March 21 2012. DEAD SILENCE till January 2013. Found out in January 2013 that RFE had been sent out 3/28/2012 (and checks returned) but RFE and checks were never received (been at same address for 3 years). We had included cell phone # on form G-1145 but those were apparently never noticed. Refiled Jan 2013.

The reason we hadn't called earlier is because we thought the I-130 had to be approved first. So as soon as this was approved (Dec 26, 2012) we called in January 2013 and after many attempts were finally able to find a tier 2 officer who could help us out.
