Nope. I have made an SR (expedite) last Thursday. Let us see.

How would you make an expedite request when you are below 90 days. I thought USCIS responds to only requests above 90 days.

I called after 75 days and the CSR asked if my case fit any of the criteria for expedite request and I stated my financial loss (one of the criteria) and she said that she will create an expedite request. She also said that it is taking around 90 days for approval. My current EAD is valid until 11/08. I will raise an infopass next week (it will be past 90 days then). Let us see. When is your ead expiring?

Nope. Still waiting. They rejected my expedite request stating that it was less than 75 days (although it was more than 75 from the date of application and less than 75 from the date they received my correspondence). I have an infopass setup for this Friday (10/24). If it does not come by then I will request and Interim EAD and if they do not give it then I will request an expedite again.
