I raised SR on 2/23 to expedite on potential financial loss basis, 2/24 it got assigned to officer, 3/2 it got assigned to supervisor and no response after that as of 3/4. My EAD expires on 3/7 so I will be taken off payroll by my employer after that.

Congressman's followup on 2/25 has not helped so far (as of 3/4). Just my luck I guess.

You get soft updates when you see the case status by logging in on uscis website. Also i got an email when I opened SR and they assigned to Supervisor.

Hi - When you log on , you will get all latest updates ?
My only show 25 th I have raised SR -case is not assigned

Please clarify

I guess so. I see the progress of the SR. From assigned to officer to completed. But I dont see assigned to supervisor on website. That they emailed to me.

This morning, my I765 and I131 both status was approved and cards were ordered. Not sure whether opening SR, or contacting local congressman helped, but I am glad my case is approved finally after 85 days.
