Raised a SR on Sep 26, approved on Sep 28. Also reached out to congressman on Friday, Sep 23 as my previous EAD expired long back and I was on leave without pay.

I'm on L2. My EAD expiring on 10/24, And probably I wont have EAD (Re-newed) until End of Nov.
Around 6 weeks, I would be out of status

Also, how can we raised SR before 90 days, any special instructions. Please advise
@srks8us Foetunately, my manager was very supportive and he directed HR to not terminate my employment but just take me off the payroll. I was still in company's system but just not on payroll and of course not able to do any kind of work. Not the best situation because my healthcare insurance was also discontinued but it could have been worse. My employer is one of the largest employers in the US. I'd say speak with your manager personally and explain the situation. He/She will direct HR what to do. 6 weeks is not a very long time. Good luck!
@SRks8us You can raise an SR after 75 days. Don't have to wait until 90 days.
