Discuss ak11's I-765 USCIS Case

Hi Everyone:

I just wanted to ask someone who has been having the same problem as mine. USCIS has responded to my two SR's with the response your case has not cleared all required security checks at this time. Until we receive the results of these security checks, we cannot move forward on your case. It has already been 92 Days since my application, does anyone have an idea what this actually means?

Approaching Regulatory Time Request (On 75th day) : 11th Jan 2017
Case outside processing Time Request (On 90th day) : 25th Jan 2017

I just have a question for you. Did you submit your requests online or by calling them?

I tried to submit a second request for my case, and they didn't allow it saying that I have to pass 30 days from the time I submitted the first request.

Please let me know how you managed to submit two requests with having just 14 days between the two requests.

Both requests were raised over the phone. I called in once and they said you can't raise the 2nd request. I said ok and hung up. Called again and told them the same that I want to raise a request and was afraid that my case is delayed. It matters on who you talk to I guess.
