hello. is your ead approved? if yes can u please let me know when you got the approval notice and also if you could update the tracker?

Hi. The USCIS website doesn't say if the EAD is approved or not. The status only changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" with the caveat that "We will notify you if your document cannot be produced and provide any instructions." I have no idea what that means but I am waiting to get it in my hand before I say it was approved :)

Also, my wife's EAD was applied for at the same time but that one still says "Pending"

got it. I'm the same day as you but am EB2 and no movement on the card -do you know if EB category makes any difference for I-765?

I'm not sure if the EB category makes any difference - sorry! I'll try to keep everyone posted if/when I see process on my application. Please do the same on your end. Thanks and good luck!

congrats. please update your status to approved when you get it :). strange how they are processing EAD/AP for even Dec/Jan when the processing date is still saying Oct 2nd

Thanks! I think the Oct 2nd date is as of Dec 30th. So that date is about 2 months ago.
