I am trying to raise SR based on receipt date of application received , but online system is not allowing to create SR , I am getting below response as

@shitaljn No updates as of yet. Raised a CR on Aug 09, case assigned to officer on Aug 12, no further updates.

The system wouldn't allow you to raise CR until your elapsed time is over 150 days. If you are on the border of 150 days, keep trying to raise CR everyday.

I am not sure how effective SR is. But give it a try. All the best.
