Discuss trs80's I-765 USCIS Case

my case is concurrent I765, I485, I140, I131 and is also for my wife and son.

No offense trs80, but I had all my info before my I140 got denied last September, thus prompting my I485, I131, and I765 to be voided. Since then I'm superstitious and don't want to keep track or keep tabs on my case, just look at others and see where processing is. But here you go:
Reapply for I140: Receipt Date: Oct 3, 2007 (Texas)
Reapply for I485/I765/I131: Receipt Date: March 3, 2008 (Texas)

I sorry about your I-140 were denied but I doubt that your posted cases in trackitt have something to do with that.
For me trackitt is a great tool to share tips and knowledge about this frustrating process. I'm a user since 2006 when I found the website and immediately I posted all my cases data.

What category are your I-140 applications?

I hope that USCIS work our cases with the new Plus Pilot Program and we get our EAD/AP denied but the GC approved.

I'm not psychotic or think it's a trackitt conspiracy. I'm just trying to sit back and forget about those papers. I'm just wait for the EAD specifically for employment purposes.

Lawyer checked the EB2 instead of EB3 and I'm a EB3. Cost me 1 year and lots of $$$.

This is unaceptable!
I hope you change this dumb lawyer and submit your applications with a new one.
I also wait for our EAD cards. My wife got a good job offer and we need the extra $ to paid our immigration lawyer bills.
