L2 EAD new card is being produced. 1st expedite request was rejected in July and was waiting since then to see when USCIS will approve my case and they finally did it today.

Congratulations.
I am also in same situation and still waiting. EAD category and RD same as urs and i had expedited on Oct under financial loss. Did you do anything apart from expedite and what was reason for rejection.

Thx..I followed up with Senator to check with USCIS on my application to see what date are they processing but that was in mid Oct. I was waiting from that movement and was so frustrated to see that USCIS moved back the date to Apr 25th last week and Monday got the status update that new card is being produced so was really happy. USCIS is randomly picking up cases so just pray and try also with congressman if they can do anything. Good luck!

Yes, I am following up with Congressman but that is also not useful. Hoping for best, finger crossed. Would you mind giving last 3 digit of your receipt number.

My receipt # is EAC1990109404. USCIS is randomly approving the cases.
