Called for an expedite but uscis wouldn't let me raise it had filed litigation.

When did you or your lawyer file for litigation? How soon after was it approved?

rnlaw gives details if you mail them - free of cost (they file in batches , they filed withing 1 day once I gave all documents as that batch was going by the weekend). They say between 30 - 60 days. I got after ~40days.

Congrats on your approval, May I know when is your litigation date? I filed my Lawsuit throughRNLAWgroup on Aug 30 beach. I am still waiting for my Approval. Thanks.

It was filed around Sep 2nd week. Best of luck, you should get it soon as 60days is closing in.
