No updates, Still waiting.
Joining RNLawgroup litigation didn't improve anything, RNLawgroup attorneys initially promised that we will get the approval in 60 days after we join the litigation, We are on 46th day, Still have 2 weeks to reach there.
From the previous Litigation batch, there are 4 to 5 folks who didn't get approval in 60 days, RNLawgroup attorneys keep extending the window after 60 days. They says they are following up with USCIS attorney, no results so far. Surprisingly all those folks have their processing center in California.
I wouldn't recommend RN Litigation option to anyone, They would've got some success in the beginning, but not anymore. It's a waste of money.

Finally our indefinite wait is over.. Got the approval an hour ago.
