mys86 12 Comments Hi, have you had any updates on your status?
Mine is also an L2 EAD renewal petition filed in September 2019
Thanks!
still waiting. L2 EAD standalone renewal. Interesting to note some cases from 18th Sep got approved. Don't they process in queue ?
Thanks for your response. Yes, it does give me hope to see August/September cases getting adjudicated.
Apparently they don't process in queue - this is what Fragomen (attorneys) tell me. So that makes it even more exciting!
But looking at a few cases on this an other forums, the average processing time is around 5 months - so for September filers we're looking at end Feb
HI guys!! i am in same boat
I am also September filer and renewal
I feel L2 EAD extension is taking more time than other
I hope we should get some good news soon
i am praying god for all
USCIS just updated my case status saying they have sent me an RFE "Request for additional evidence" - no idea what they've asked for - haven't received the RFE notice yet
Any idea if they send this notice by post or by e-mail?
RFE will be through regular USPS mail.
Congratulations!!
Could you please let me know have you applied standalone L2 EAD extension?? or its with L2 EAD + L2 visa extention.
May i know how much validity you got ( up to L2 visa or up to L1 visa)
standalone L2 EAD renewal. just got approved, yet to receive the card. so don't know. My first EAD was approved till the date on I-94 of L1 visa holder which was valid for 5 months.
Could you please let me know how much duration you got for L2 EAD,and is it based on L1 visa validity or L2 Visa.
EAD approved till the L1 holder's I-94 expiry date
Congratulations!!
that's good to hear and may i know your L2 visa also has same expiration ,did you l2 visa already extended??
