Hi,
have you filed a service request? My application is three days behind yours and still waiting. My service request request indicated it was within processing times which is incorrect according to website.

I tried expedite and they rejected . As per their site it is still with in processing time.For H4 EAD '8.5 Months to 11 Months All other applications for employment authorization'

Did you take any action to get your EAD? My application filing date is same same as yours. I also raised expedite request but haven't received any response yet.

Expedited 3 times. All expedite requests are rejected. My EAD was expired a month back and lost job.Expedite didn't work, i given financial reason and job loss as reasons.

Did you call USCIS for expedite requests?

Congratulations, my wife had hers approved 2 days ago. I rang today got Level 2 supervisor said mine is under review. Our applications are consecutive numbers. No rhyme or reason how to these get processed.

@JanEad2020 , yes tried to expedite 3 times. All 3 times they given a tracking number, later send a mail it is with in the processing time and rejected the expedite request.

@JanEad2020 as a last attempt i tried to expedite through senator . As i didn't heard back from senator office , i thought it didn't work. I got a mail today from senator office with the response from USCIS. looks like senator office followed up with uscis , may be that helped too.
