Are still waiting for your EAD or forgot to update. I have only 35 more days on my currently EAD.

I am still waiting for my EAD. Today I sent a request to Senator to inquire about this case. Waiting to hear from them.

I also emailed to Ombudsman 9/29 and got soft LUD 10/3, 10/4, and 10/6. You are very similar to me. I don't know what these LUD changes....

I hope we will get CPO mail soon

Finally I got card after a long wait. Two things I noticed different. 1) I changed my address 2 weeks back; USPS forwarded this card to new address (with yellow sticker). 2) Card is valid from July 2008 to July 2010, looks like USCIS made that date to be in 90 days from I-765 application date.
