October 1st: Biometrics (got one scheduled after multiple follow ups with Tier-2)
October 20th : Raised EAD Expedite request Same was denied on Oct 27th saying case already assigned to officer and decision will be rendered shortly.
October 21st : Raised general inquiry through local Congressman. Got a reply on Oct 30th saying notice of action will be delivered within 10-15 business days.
November 2nd : Raised eRequest (

my RD is 04/21 for L2 and L2 EAD, I haven't received biometrics yet. Can you please help me understand how to follow-up with Tier-2 officer..?
also how will I get to know my biometric is scheduled, will the case status change..?
