L1,L2, and L2 EAD filed on 20 march. L1A is approved. But i still didnt receive the biometric appointment.service centre is California.

My case got updated to "New Card is being produced". I did not receive my I-797 document yet. I will update my case to approved once I receive the document.

Finally i received my Biometric appointment.
Did you expediate your case after biometric, or did you reach out to congressman?

I really don't know whether its expedite or miracle. My congresswomen was not ready to expedite my case, so approached Senator Kamala Harris. She asked me to send the documents to support my case for expedite. I have emailed her the documents on September 21st evening and my case got updated to "New Card is being produced" on September 22nd afternoon. I haven't heard back from Senator's office after I emailed the documents. Not sure whether they even tried to expedite my case.

I support my mom who is in India. So, I emailed her medical bills, the termination letter I received from my company and last paystub.

We filled L1, L2, L2 EAD extensions on 21st April but haven't got any update from USCIS. Do we need figure print for L2 and L2 EAD extensions..?

@cocododo, we did not give our biometrics after we moved to US. So, we had to give our biometrics on July 28th. If they have your biometrics, they may not ask.

I have heard that biometrics appointments are based on respective ASC center appointment slot availability. Ours is SFO downtown, so we received the appointment notice with in 1 week of ASC reopening.

After FingerPrints. ur cases status got updated to "fingerprints taken? if so after how many days?

My biometrics was done on July 28th and case status got updated to finger prints were given on July 29th.

I gave mine on 9/17 but still no change in status about fingerprints

@jp89, you should probably call USCIS. It mostly gets updated in a day or two.

sappy150, I'm in a similar situation as you, L1A + L2 + L2 EAD filed concurrently at California service center in May. L1A was approved back in July but L2 and L2EAD are still pending.

Did the L2 I-539 and the L2 EAD I-765 get approved at the same time? I'm wondering if we need to wait for the L2 to get approved, and then wait more for the EAD. Crazy that they don't approve all three at the same time!

dwood164, for me EAD I765 got approved first and then 2 days later I-539 got approved.

For me
10/16/2020 - card is produced
10/17/2020 - case is approved

So what are the other status before i will receive my physical EAD card?
