Did USCIS cash your check? My file was also delivered on 11/2. No update yet, credit card not yet charged. The live agent can't find my info on the system. As per the live agent, this is due to a delay in the ingest process at the Lockbox.

the attorney firm issued check from their account. my employer reimburses the attorney firm. so I do not know.
consider writing to your representative to speed up process.
