I am under E2 Visa which could be an explanation.

My congresswoman put an expedite request for me which might have helped. But no confirmation from USCIS on that.

My status updated straight from "My case is received" to "New card is being produced". Nothing else.

I saw somewhere that someone with a T Visa got his EAD approved before mine while his PD was mid december 2020

Congrats! What category was your EAD? Been waiting for my standalone application to be approved since Sep 2020 at Vermont with little luck

Thanks!! It is L2 EAD. I would rather wait to make final comments till the card is being produced or mailed.

As per my understanding, the cases are not necessarily handled as per receipt date (I have seen people with filing / receipt dates later than me getting their cards). You can only take a guess.

Mine is a L2 EAD too and unfortunately have been waiting since September. Did you happen to expedite?
