I found my local Congressman through this link https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative.
In the case of my Congressman, he has a space on his website to contact him. I sent a message explaining the kind of help needed. In the next day he sent me a response asking for more details on my case and also to provide documentation supporting my request.
He explained that they can not guarantee any positive outcome, but he would make all efforts possible. I provided all necessary documentation and they sent an expedite request to USCIS.
Try to check what you congressman thinks about immigration as well.

Hi, I provided a letter from my Employer stating the losses they would have and also a letter from me explaining the reasons and why I believe I meet the criteria.
