Did you apply for H4 and H4 EAD together!? Or is it standalone?

It is concurrent - H1 approved on Dec16th and EAD on 02/08/2022

Did you received your approved EAD? How about H4 extension i.e. I-539 is also approved?

Yes - I received my new EAD card direct to my mail box on Saturday, and H4 got approved on 2/9 the day after EAD approval and those papers will reach my spouse attorney and we get in a week time.

Thanks for the reply. My wife's H4-EAD approved on 14th Feb 2021. I-765 was filed on 16-Sep-2021 concurrently with I-569. Waiting on I-569 approval, hope to see it soon.
